On Thursday 20th July, St Mark’s School in Bromley held an end of term quiz night in aid of Baby Lifeline. Heather Chaplin holds this special quiz night at the end of each school year and the staff pick a charity that means something to them. When asked why they had chosen to support Baby Lifeline this year Heather said, “Over the last 18 months our staff have welcomed two babies and there are two more on the way too, so a charity which benefits the help and care towards new-borns is perfect!”
For the quiz night, the school hall was decorated in a baby theme with pink and blue balloons.
The staff had loads of fun participating in the quiz and raised an amazing £812.50 for our Monitoring for Mums appeal!
Thank you so much to everyone who donated! Baby Lifeline’s mission is to ensure the healthiest possible outcome from pregnancy and birth, and these funds will help us to purchase much needed monitoring equipment for maternity and neonatal units nationwide.
